Return & Exchange Policy – Kiddies Corner

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is provided.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products without original packaging.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items.
  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery.

How to Request an Exchange

Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Replacement products will be shipped after inspection and approval of the returned item.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued if a replacement product is unavailable.
  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer within 2-4 business days.
