How do I know the size will fit? Each product page includes a detailed Size Chart. Since baby sizes vary, we recommend measuring a current outfit that fits well and comparing it to our chart.

Is the fabric safe for newborns? Absolutely. In 2026, we took full control of our sourcing. We use premium, breathable cotton and hypoallergenic fabrics specifically chosen for sensitive skin.
3. Orders & Customization

Can I customize a romper with my baby’s name? Yes! Look for our "Customized" section. Please double-check spellings, as these items are made specifically for you and cannot be changed once production starts.

4. Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We offer a 7-day exchange policy for any manufacturing defects or sizing issues (unused/unwashed items only). Please note that customized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect.

How do I start an exchange? Simply contact our support team on WhatsApp. We’ll guide you through the process of sending the item back to our warehouse.
